Terms of Service

These Terms of Service regulate the provision of Merliteam's professional services, as well as the use of its software products, including the "Merlina Campaigns" platform. By hiring our services or requesting a demo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Merliteam provides custom software development, Shopify store creation, data analysis (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, etc.), agile consulting, UX/UI design, and marketing services.
2. Work Process and Implementation
The provision of services follows a structured process in 6 consecutive phases: Discovery, Research, Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment. Each phase requires the client's prior approval before proceeding to the next.
3. "Merlina Campaigns" Product (AI Software)
Merliteam grants a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use "Merlina Campaigns" according to the contracted plan. Demos requested are solely for temporary evaluation. Intellectual property of the software remains the exclusive property of Merliteam.
4. Responsibilities of the Parties
The client must provide the necessary information and access in a timely manner. Merliteam commits to performing the services with due professional diligence, but is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, lack of client cooperation, or failures in external platforms.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all technical or commercial information exchanged during the provision of services. This obligation will survive the termination of the contract.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Merliteam's country of registration. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
